20th - 24th February week in College

On Monday 20th February 2012, we had Paul for Programming, we started task 7 for programming, this was about Operating Systems, from now on we don't have Mondays and Fridays in college now due to the timetable change.

On Tuesday 21st February, we had Tom for Unit 2, in this we just carried on with our Test Plan for the operating system, we had to do things like the graphics and the sounds of the operating system, in my opinion I don't like doing test plans at all. Then we had Wendy for Unit 1, in this lesson we had to do our Presentations on Disabilities. Then we had to do our Blogs for the week before of college.

On Wednesday 22nd February  we had Paul for Programming, in this lesson we just carried off on Task 7, this is where we talked about the operating systems, talking about linking the operating system to Event Driven Languages. Then we had Wendy for Unit 3, in this lesson we just sorted out the work and our folders for marking. Then we had Tom for Unit 42, which is spreadsheets, in this lesson we just did our test plans for the spreadsheets.

On Thursday 23rd February we had Tom for Networking, in this lesson we talked about Fibre Optic Cables, Twisted Pair Cables and Coaxial Cable, this is the different types of cables that send information across the internet and networks. Fibre Optic is the fastest. Then we had Waqas for Website Design, in this lesson we just carried on doing our websites, I did the first two pages. Then we had Paul for Games Design, in this lesson we carried on with our GDD, which is our Games Design Document, in this lesson we talked about the weapons, equipment that are going to be in your game, if they are in your game.

30th to the 3rd February

On Monday 30th January we had Tom for Communications in this lesson we had to do our blog, in this we just talk about what we did the other week in college. Then we had to start on Task 7, in this we had to produce a PowerPoint which we was talking about how computers help disabled people out. Then we had Paul for Programming, in this lesson we just caught up on work, this is where we had to print and finish off the tasks. 

On Tuesday 31st we had Waqas for Hardware, in this lesson we had to finish off the task we had to, which was to talk about the screenshots. Then we had Tom for Spreadsheets, then we had to start the testing on the spreadsheets, we talked about the different things about the spreadsheet we are working on. 

On Wednesday 1st we had Paul for Programming, in this lesson we carried on our game and had to finish off any assignments that we had outstanding work in Programming. This is where you finished off any tasks in the program. Then we had Tom for Business, in this lesson we finished off with the M.I.S, which is Management Information Systems. 

On Thursday 2nd we had Tom for Networking, in this lesson we had to Binary Code, this is where you had to work out how to find Binary Code, then we had to talk about the Binary Code which was in a PowerPoint. Then we had Waqas for Web Design, in this lesson we just started on our website, but I couldn't do it as Waqas didn't help me, so I just carried on with Tom's M.I.S work. Then we had Paul for Games Design, this is where we started on the new part of the GDD, Games Design Document, in this we talked about the Interface of what the game would look like. 

On Friday 3rd I had Maths GCSE.
