On Monday 17th October, we did Angela's story for Tom, this is where we had a piece of story extract and we had to find what the information was saying. Then we had Paul, who wasn't in for the week, we was carrying on with out Life Cycle of a Programmer.
On Tuesday 18th October we had Waqas for Hardware, in this lesson we just carried on with our assignment. Then we had Tom for Spreadsheets, this is where we did MiTunes, which where we had to organise songs to the right artist, we also had to put comments in every cell to describe why the music record companies only allow to have no more then 25,000.
On Wednesday 19th October, we had Paul for Programming, he wasn't in, so we just carried on with our Life Cycle of a Programmer. Then we had Tom for Business, this is where we did our D1 for our business assignment.
On Thursday 20th October, we had Tom for Networking, we learnt about HTTP, FTP, POP3, this are all of the different protocols. The we had Waqas for Website Production, in this lesson we just carried on with our assignment for Waqas. Then we didn't have Games Design because we had our end of year progress reports.

Sixth Week in College
Monday 10th October, we had Tom for Communications, we did our Blog and then we printed off our work for our interviews, which are this week to see if we can stay on the course. Then we had Paul for Programming, which Paul had a meeting so we had to do any work which we needed to be done.
On Tuesday 11th October, we had Waqas for Hardware, in this lesson we had to carry on with the assignment that has been given to use, this explains what components are in a computer. The we had Tom for Spreadsheets, in this lesson we finished off our Scenario Manger and Goal Seek.
On Wednesday 12th October, we had Paul for Programming, in this lesson we learnt about the life cycle of a programmer, basically giving a detailed explanation to the life cycle. Also we got our Task 3 which goes on about the life cycle of a programmer. Then we also had Tom for Business, in this lesson we just carried on with our assignments.
On Thursday 13th October, we had Tom for Networking, in this lesson we learnt about how collisions happen in a Ethernet connection and wireless connection. These where called CSMA/CD and CSMA/CA, also we did Token Ring. Then we also had Wagas for Website Production where we had the assignment brief and actually started on our assignment. Then we had Paul for Games Design, in this lesson we was carrying on with our Games Design Report.

Fifth Week in College
On Monday 3rd October I had Tom for Communications and Empolyability, we had to improve on our work that was set for the other week. I had to do my Development Plan and my feedback for the work. Also I did my learning styles. Also I had Paul for Programming. Use different types of code. Also I had Maths GCSE.
On Tuesday 4th October, we also had Waqas for hardware, in this lesson we started on our assignment for Computer System, which was all about the different components of the computer. Also we had Tom for Spreadsheets, in this lesson, we used the Goal Seek, which could change value to whatever you want to do, you can also do a summary of what the values, this is called Scenario Manager, which is under the What If Statement.
On Wednesday 5th October, we had Paul for programming, in this lesson we start our Calculators which we did in Visual Basic, which applied all of the things that a calculator does. We also had Tom for Information Systems, this is where we started our distinction grade task for the business, this was on Mobile Devices for the company.
On Thursday 6th October, we had Tom for Networking and we learnt about the Multiplexing, Circuit Switched, Packet Switched and W.A.P, which stands for Wireless Application Protocol. We also had Waqas for Website Production, we learnt about the security for the websites. Then we had Paul for Games Design, this is where we started our ideas for our games.

Fourth Week in College

On Monday 26th September, we had Tom for Communications, in this lesson we did our blog, and then we started on an English test. Then we had Paul, for this lesson we started on our Programming Languages assignment which we did in class. Then I had GCSE Maths
On Tuesday 27th we had Waqas for Hardware, in this lesson we learnt about where all the components go inside the computer, then we talked about the different types of Operating systems that are available to us. Then we had Tom for Spreadsheets, this is where we learnt about what is a spreadsheet, then we learnt about the different things inside the spreadsheet, what can it do etc. Then we also did the trends, patterns and decision making.
On Wednesday the 28th September, we had Paul for Programming, in this lesson we did a test sort of thing for Paul, where we had to design a programme that had a store name, store age and display that if your under age then you will see if their old enough. Then we had Tom for Business, in this we learnt about the DFD, which stands for Data Flow Diagram, this is where a business will need to do when they want to plan what type of information is being passed through the company and how it is being passed. We did two examples at first then we started on the real DFD.
On Thursday we had Tom for Networking, in this lesson we learnt about the five topologies that are in networking, then we learnt about the bridges and switches, also we learnt about the modems. Then we had Waqas for Website Development, in this lesson we learnt about the factors influencing the performance of websites, then we had Pail for Games Design, in this lesson we learnt about the artworks and then we learnt about the modelling software etc.
On Friday 30th I had GCSE Maths, then I went home for the weekend.
